The easiest way would be for you to do a search using the words 'free article spinner', or 'free rewriting software'.
Without the word 'free' you will get paid versions.
Caution:
1) Many article spinners are hard to work with.
2) Read external reviews if there are any. As with other types of software there article spinners are of different qualities.
3) Certain article spinners may have a back door.
I have not actually used any for my writing, though I have checked a few. So at the moment I am not recommending any.

I've used freearticlespinner.com but the issue with this software is that you still have to rewrite the content so that it makes since. It'll change the words around but you may still have to do somee editing yourself.

In that case try SEOLinkVine. The log in feature seems not to work for me, though I have been receiving updates. Maybe it will work for you.
The article spinner program that they created seems to be better, and it does address the issues that you have raised.

well I think you are asking about article spinning and such. Try jetspinner its an online one. Haven't really tried it but I will in the near future.
