Poor people give more, than the rich once

Last time i can see that people, who are poor, are more willing to give money or food to those, who doesn't have. Rich people live in different world. They are always busy and worried about their own life, friends, family and they don't have so much time to think about the others. But people, who live modest are always ready to understand that someone else is in a bad situation and needs help. That's when the poor people give their hand, even with little help, they know how the other feels. I can give one example for my country. There are a lot of charity TV shows, who work with the mobile operators and when some number of the TV show receive sms some poor people or people in a hurry get some help. Usually they make TV shows when they plan to donate the money to homeless children, who live in shelters. This is how the poor people in my country send fast messages by their phones and the children got their help. But i'm thinking ... where are the rich people then? Where are our politics, who take the best payments in my country for a month? Where are the business mans? Where are the people, who work for 2000$ a month, because i believe, that we have this kind of people in my country, just nobody knows them. What do you think about that? Who is more willing to donate, who is more willing to give money to some beggar on the street? This one, who has more money in his wallet, or the other, who has less, but know the price of the money and realize that even 1$ will help with little food for the beggar?
