Delete your cookies or if you want, block it, and in that way you can also choose any site to you want to block. I am currently using opendns.com, I was able to block websites that I don't want and opendns.com can also help you get rid of those unwanted sites popping up every time you use the internet.

For one, it sounds like you've got some malware or a virus on your computer, the first step would be to run a good scan, if I was you I would open up internet explorer (its needed to run this online scan) and open this site: http://www.bitdefender.com/scanner/online/free.html and run the online scan. In my honest opinion bitdefender is the best antivirus out there and has saved my computer many a time. Post your results after running the scan, if that doesn't help I'll go a little more detailed approaches.
