I'm tempted to think it's the same story as in Christianity and Judaism, since all three have the Old Testament somewhere at their roots. But I might be wrong.

Hi ivansama, What creation you meant I don't know. Quran speaks about Creation of the universe, and all. Also the creation of living things and human kind. Who created:- He(God) is the Originator of the heavens and the earth." (The Qur'an, 6:101) ^Heavens means the upper world, or the space where the heavenly bodies are situated. Creation in six equal periods: Your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days(periods of equal length) and then settled Himself firmly on the Throne... (Qur'an, 7:54) Every living things created from water, a recent scientific discovery mentioned in Qurna 1400 years ago: Allah created every [living] creature from water. Some of them go on their bellies, some of them on two legs, and some on four. Allah creates whatever He wills. Allah has power over all things. (Qur'an, 24:45) Human Creation: And it is He Who created human beings from water and then gave them relations by blood and marriage. Your Lord is All-Powerful. (Qur'an, 25:54) Your Lord said to the angels, "I am going to create a human being out of clay. When I have formed him and breathed My Spirit into him, fall down in prostration to him!" (Qur'an, 38:71-72) Then inquire of them: Is it they who are stronger in structure or other things We have created? We created them from sticky clay. (Qur'an, 37:11) Creation and re-production: He Who has created all things in the best possible way. He commenced the creation of man from clay; then He made his progeny from an extract of emitted fluid. (Qur'an, 32:7-8) Male and Female determined through sperm, the X & Y cromosomes:- Was he not a drop of ejaculated sperm, then a blood-clot which He created and shaped, making from it both sexes, male and female? (Qur'an, 75:37-39) Creation from Embryo: Embryo look like a leach in early stages and it is clinging: Recite: In the name of your Lord Who created man from alaq(Embryo: A leach like clinging thing). Recite: And your Lord is the Most Generous. (Qur'an, 96:1-3) Development of Embryo: The different stages mentioned in Quran are exactly same as it look like in each stage and in correct order, the modern science prove it. "[We(God)] then formed the drop into a clot and formed the clot into a lump and formed the lump into bones and clothed the bones in flesh; and then brought him into being as another creature. Blessed be Allah, the Best of Creators! (Qur'an, 23:14) SEPERATION OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH(Probably Big bang): Do those who disbelieve not see that the heavens and the earth were sewn together and then We unstitched them and that We made from water every living thing? So will they not believe? (Qur'an, 21:30) Motion of objects through its own orbit: "It is He Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. They swim along, each in an orbit. " (The Qur'an, 21:33) By the sky full of paths and orbits." (The Qur'an, 51:7) Sun is not static but moves in a definite orbit: "And the sun runs to its resting place. That is the decree of the Almighty, the All-Knowing. " (The Qur'an, 36:38) Creation of atmosphere: He placed firmly embedded mountains on it, towering over it, and blessed it and measured out its nourishment in it, laid out for those who seek it-all in four days. Then He turned to heaven when it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come willingly or unwillingly." They both said, "We come willingly." (Qur'an, 41:10-11) Creation of different layers of heavens: It may be different layers of atmosphere and space. "Then He turned to heaven when it was smoke. In two days He determined them as seven heavens and revealed, in every heaven, its own mandate." (The Qur'an, 41:12) Expansion of the universe:- "And it is We who have constructed the heaven with might, and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it." (The Qur'an, 51:47) Protected Roof(think of ozone layer and atmosphere which prevent many) "We made the sky a preserved and protected roof yet still they turn away from Our Signs.." (The Qur'an, 21:32) Science says Mountains are like nails for earth for stability, Quran states it very long back: "Have We not made the earth as a bed and the mountains its pegs?" (The Qur'an, 78:6-7) "We placed firmly embedded mountains on the earth, so it would not move under them..." (The Qur'an, 21:31) Wind, rain and water cycle: "And We send the fecundating winds, then cause water to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water in abundance." (The Qur'an, 15:22) "It is God Who sends the winds which stir up clouds which He spreads about the sky however He wills. He forms them into dark clumps and you see the rain come pouring out from the middle of them. When He makes it fall on those of His slaves He wills, they rejoice" (The Qur'an, 30:48) It is Allah Who created the heavens with no support-you can see them-and cast firmly embedded mountains on the earth so that it would not move under you, and scattered about in it creatures of every kind. And We send down water from the sky and make every generous plant grow in it, in pairs. (Qur'an, 31:10) It is He Who made the earth a cradle for you and threaded pathways for you through it and sent down water from the sky by which We have brought forth diverse pairs of plants. (Qur'an, 20:53) Learn about the joining of seas in Gibralter: "He has let loose the two seas, converging together, with a barrier between them they do not break through." (The Qur'an, 55:19-20) Creation in Pairs: male/female, positive/negative, male plant/female plant, male flower/female flower, etc.. "Glory be to Him Who created all the pairs: from what the earth produces and from themselves and from things unknown to them." (The Qur'an, 36:36) There are many more ... Allay says in Quran: { ‘We have created from water every living thing – Will you not then believe? 21:30 Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were of one piece, then We parted them, and we made every living thing of water? Will they not then believe? And We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, unnecessarily. ! If there were, in the heavens and the earth, other gods besides Allah, there would have been confusion in both! but glory to Allah, the Lord of the Throne: (High is He) above what they attribute to Him! And We sent no messenger before thee but We inspired him, (saying): There is no Allah save Me (Allah), so worship Me. .......... 75 Christ the son of Mary was no more than an apostle; many were the apostles that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how Allah doth make His signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth! 76 Say: "Will ye worship, besides Allah, something which hath no power either to harm or benefit you? But Allah,- He it is that heareth and knoweth all things." 77 Say: "O people of the Book! exceed not in your religion the bounds (of what is proper), trespassing beyond the truth, nor follow the vain desires of people who went wrong in times gone by,- who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the even way. 78 Curses were pronounced on those among the Children of Israel who rejected Faith, by the tongue of David and of Jesus the son of Mary: because they disobeyed and persisted in excesses. 79 Nor did they (usually) forbid one another the iniquities which they committed: evil indeed were the deeds which they did. 80 Thou seest many of them turning in friendship to the Unbelievers. Evil indeed are (the works) which their souls have sent forward before them (with the result), that Allah.s wrath is on them, and in torment will they abide. 81 If only they had believed in Allah, in the Messenger, and in what hath been revealed to him, never would they have taken them for friends and protectors, but most of them are rebellious wrong-doers. 82 Strongest among men in enmity to the believers wilt thou find the Jews and Pagans; and nearest among them in love to the believers wilt thou find those who say, "We are Christians": because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant. 83 And when they listen to the revelation received by the Messenger, thou wilt see their eyes overflowing with tears, for they recognise the truth: they pray: "Our Lord! we believe; write us down among the witnesses. 84 "What cause can we have not to believe in Allah and the truth which has come to us, seeing that we long for our Lord to admit us to the company of the righteous?" 85 And for this their prayer hath Allah rewarded them with gardens, with rivers flowing underneath,- their eternal home. Such is the recompense of those who do good. 86 But those who reject Faith and belie our Signs,- they shall be companions of Hell-fire. Peace.

Hello Ivansama, Surprise! I am that one who responded to your question on Noahs Ark. I am a Muslim and I want to tell you that nothing can convert you if you do not want to convert yourself. But these videos are not manipulated by enemies of the islamic faith so if you are curious about it then you should watch them. There are so many people trying to sabortage Islam (which I cant see why still) and a lot of people have no idea what Islam is and they blab about it as though they do. I have read many people who have accused Islam on this and that but I feel that if I were to point it out to some of those, these people are just out to condemn and it really hurts me because while pointing out the good in Islam, I try my best to respect their religion but to no avail. My point is if you want to seek knowledge on Islam, it is best to get it from the right source.

l really am reluctant however to watch something tittled "I convert to Islam after watching this video" so yeah l agree about the right sourse thing and l guess it's just best to do as l initially planned which is to learn a little more about the bible and then move on Islam. l was just curious whether or not there is some sort of a story like Christians have.
