Been There Lately?

Hey fellow MyLot-ers!!! Has anyone been to Singapore lately? I've been in the past and still keep in contact with some close friends. If you've been, then why were you there? Where did you visit? Business or pleasure?

There is now a place to street luge down a hill on the island. It is a blast!

Besides the Luge and the Cable Car ride, you must watch the Song of the Sea in Sentosa. The show features a combination of laser, light, water and fire effects that is truly a spectacle and will definitely be enjoyed by kids and adults alike.

I went to Singapore on February 2008. it was a short experience exactly what I expected to get. I only visited some department stores on Orchard, Merlion, Kampong Bugis, and some other places which I forgot the names. I enjoyed the cleanliness, safety, tidiness, and delicious foods there. just like other Indonesians who make Singapore and Malaysia as their favorite holiday destinations, I would like to visit Singapore again someday. I don't really need to go to Universal Studios, Sentosa, or other tourist spots. I just like to enjoy the feelings of cleanliness, safety, and relatedness to my ethnicity (indonesian chinese).
one thing which bothered when i was there was there were many plastic trashes on Orchard road. i did not know who throw away those garbage, but I hope everyone care for the cleanliness which has been one of Singapore trademarks. so, please don't litter again.hehe
