Samsung wave s8500 is Samsung's first Bada phone. I like the screen which utilized a new "Super AMOLED" technology. Motorola XT701 or XT702 is not a bad choice. If you like keyboard,XT702 is more suit you

Heya, The Samsung S8500 Wave is indeed a good option. The only drawback(a drawback only if you're insanely into Application downloading) is that it runs Samsung's new "Bada" OS 1.0. However, if you're not an app-downloading fanatic, it's a pretty amazing option as you might already know. It does have a lot of applications, which you can find out by going to Samsung's website. If that's not a problem, then go for the Wave. However, if you would like to compare some other phones roughly in the same price range, you could look at the HTC Wildfire, LG Optimus One(very less internal memory though - not good), or even the Samsung Galaxy 3. None of these have the same hardware as the Wave, the major difference between the Wave and these 3 phones is that they run Android. Good luck in making your decision!

I don't know anything about the Samsung Wave, so I can't tell you whether it is a good phone or not. I do like Samsung phones though, as the one I have now is a Samsung Fascinate which is one of 4 in a series of Galaxy S phones. It is a smartphone, and it has the super amoled screen, which is the brightest screen ever.It is a nice touchscreen phone, and it has lots of features, including wifi, gps and other features. It has the Android Operating System, and of all the phones I have had, I like it the best so far. I felt that way of my last phone too, but with this one being an Android phone, it is closer to the iphone as far as apps are concerned. I am glad I bought it and i hope to enjoy it for a long time.
