what your favorite dish,??? in your country,,? what dish do you proud of,?? most of the Filipinos are proud to introduce.. our Adobo dish,, many of us,(Filipino) they lke it very much,, and also our sinigang of pork,, the sinigang is a sour soup,, and our adobo is a salty one,, and also like the exotic food here in pHilippines,, the Balot,, the egg of the ducks,, premature egg,, what dish do you lke most in your place??

i'm also a fellow filipino citizen of yours here in the philippines, and i also like your choices especially the BALOT :D back in my province (in Pampanga), my favorite dish is the SISIG, a dish made from pig's liver and head, zested with calamansi and labuyo (chili peppers). and here in my place in quezon city, i get crazy when i eat BINAGOONGAN/BICOL EXPRESS. i can't give details on this dish because it will only bring rumble to my tummy, and now and beginning to drool..
