If you followed on from my previous discussion, my friend & I are planning on starting a business by running errands for the elderly, shopping, cleaning, catering, yard work, etc...Thanks to those who suggested a business name but we unfortunately aren't going to use any of them...we have come up with Handy Helpers. What do you think of the name?

Hi kiddo....great name for your business. If you add the word "Ace" as in Ace Handy Helpers, your name will appear first in the Yellow Pages when anyone is looking for your type of business. Good luck!

i have to concur with the other comments in that the name is very appropriate for the business you are doing and catchy enough for people to remember it easily. I wish you the great success with your new business.

yes thats a good idea^^ but about the name im not so sure ahah but im not good in choosing names^^ so is good that you and your friend decided on the name together. that way wont be arguements later on^^ but i dont know handy helpers is i dont know seems too normal. maybe you should think a bit more and write on a paper more names. bcs handy helpers seems too normal but if you choose a nice logo maybe it can call many people too^^ but is up to you and your friend to decide^^ is nice to know that yoi created a business to help old people. thats very thoughtful.

Thanks...I will keep that in mind...one of my old high school friends is a graphic designer so I am going to ask her about the design side.

I missed your previous discussion, must be in amongst the hundred odd emails fom MyLot in my inbox! I think that it is a great idea for a business and a fantastic name. Is it not already taken? It sounds very familiar and too good not to be already gone.
