I usually give positive ratings to those that help the discussion even those not in my own discussion who have given the thread a better mood. Regardless of whether i like their responses or not.
When I don't think the response or comments is helpful I leave it blank
And only once have I rated someone as negative when they responded with something so useless and arrogant that I wanted to delete the response and it was not in my discussion! haha
But despite all of these, I don't know what are the benefits of rating! LOL
I know you could get more apps or options from myLot as your rate increase like the use of smiley's and other emoticons, copy paste functions. Are there any other functions to UNLOCK?
But does it increase your earnings?

Honestly I would like to know what the benefit is from rating other members myself is. I mean don't take me wrong, I think rating is important and I do rate other members, but like you mentioned above is it beneficial for us in this site to earn more or at least acquire more apps.

It would be good to know won't it? I know tho that at 200 you can use emoticons. At 500 we can copy paste but other than that.. nada! lol
Hope someone with more knowledge falls into this discussion! hahaha
