Organic or natural

Every one now prefers either organic or natural food. But I have heard that there are lots of differences between organic and natural foods. And also that Organic food is better than the natural food.

Your topic is interesting but I think you can make it better by telling how or what is the difference of organic and natural food to you? It'll make other mylotter interest to discuss their thought as well.

I know that one is supposed to choose, but I don't really pay attention to that sort of stuff. I go to the deli or the grocery store and I just buy the food. Sure food from certain companies tastes better for me, but I don't know if it's because of the way they grow their own stuff or something different...
