hi ajay, creating website and hosting a website is not very costly.You have to register domain name which 10-20$. and creating site is 200 to 300$. So if you want to create and host site it cost you around 400$. That it . No your work starts now you have to appoint some person to maintain your site or do it yourself. Again last and most important task create publicity for your site that is totally up to you and on you your budget.

tht depends if u want it to be big or u jus want to jus have a try....if u want it big then of course the word "free" doesnt work....u need integrated servers for large mysql databases and also enough bandwidth for ur server....but firstly u need to buy a domain .com or whtever.....then u need to do the hosting....it all costs a lot....
