Do you add sugar for milk?

Milk - Do you add sugar with milk? I never do.

I usually drink milk before sleep without adding sugar since pure milk without sugar tastes me good than adding sugar. What about you?

I've never known anyone to add sugar to milk except in the case of diabetics whose blood sugar drops very low. I dont add sugar to any drinks - I like to taste the tea or coffee rather than just sweetness.

That is great. I think you are from UK and there may not be such practice. I am from India and here almost all Indians (except diabetics) add sugar to milk, coffee and tea...

For me I like also the taste of milk without sugar, because I taste its purity of being a 100% milk, And My sister always bought fresh milk, and we drink it without adding sugar.
