long hair v short hair

Ok what do you think looks better on guys, long or short hair, if you are an employer doing interviews is this something you consider

if i am an employer i would prefer a short hair for the guys, but if i interview as a gf, i would prefer long hair like a ragged handsome look. hehehe =)

for me, length of the hair should not be the issue, its how they carry it and as long as they look good on them.

In a females prospective, I believe guys look better with short hair however some guys could pull off the long hair look but just for my preference I prefer short hair, looks nicer and clean cut.
