Have you tried to cook BUFFALO WINGS just like in Don Henricos Restaurant?

However I really love eating Buffalo Wings from Don Henricos restaurant here in Manila because of it's unique taste. But then when I looked at some recipes on the internet on how it was cooked I felt horrified or scared because of the ingredients especially the huge amount of butter and you have to deep fried. I mean I am avoiding those things as much as possible but then I am thinking if I should cook at least once Why not? Though it is gonna be expensive and the butter is not good for our health anymore especially to my family that has hypertension.
