Life after a breakup

Life isn't just the same after a breakup. Some get depressed, some just hide their feelings and pretend everything's okay. How do you really deal with breakups. Should you go on still thinking about the other person and their welfare? Should you pretend that you're not hurting or should you cry a river?

Hello! I think it's okay to mope if after a breakup, if you were the one who is heartbroken. It's alright for you get depressed and cry it all out, but after that, you should move on with your life. I believe in the saying that there are many fishes in the sea, so you should face life and go on with it, and just take the experience as your lesson, I am sure that on your next relationship, you will be stronger and ready, cheers!

Hi, Frenzy. Actually, it's not me. It's my ex. She still can't move on and it hurts me to hear that she's till hurting. I don't know how to help her because I know if we'd communicate again, hell would break loose once more. She's just close minded right now.

Hi sundownkid! Oh, I see. That's too bad then, your ex-girlfriend is really in love with you then? Or it's just an ego thing for her? I just hope that things are different like you were able to part in good terms, in this situation though, I think the best healing for your girlfriend would be Time, they say time heals, however, as long as she is inlove with you, it might take a while. I don't know how to provide advise though since I don't the know the real feelings of your GF for now, I just wish you best, and hope that your GF will be able to get over you, hehe, is that right to say? Good day! :-)

I cried a river, got myself refreshed, meditated and moved on. There's no point dwelling in the past, I like the part of moving on. I've always thought of myself as a strong person and i could just handle all kinds of broken hearts and breaking ups. Life is up and down. We can't just expect to be down all the time when we experience break up. Suffer for a short time, but we have to realized soon that life is still good and look at the brighter side of things.

ah life after breakup, its too harsh to experience this kind of life, you're so depressed and you think that you lost it all. But after those dark days.....step foward and look up because there's is always a new begining.
