Been wondering wha'ts a HARRP, and i did some searching with this...HARRP facility is located approximately 8 miles north Gakona, Alaska. The facility is located at: 62 deg 23.5 min North Latitude 145 deg 8.8 min West Longitude There's no real short concise "what is HARRP" I wish i knew, its something with more than a Navy, Air force and University of Alaska is telling the public. Basically it's mechanism that beams of gigawatts of electromagnetic radiation into the upper atmoshphere for reasons whick are unclear. If you're still confused try our bestfriend google. And seriously it might be true with those earthquake a man made? i have no idea but it seems to be true maybe or maybe not..... Share your opnions good day to all
