what do you think of the behavie that watch vedio when you're working at office?

I am amazed by the fact that a co-worker watch the vedio when we are working at the office .but I have to say that that action violate the rules of the company.and the co-worker takes the job of finance and the leader always not being his positon.
then what do you think of the behavior when you encounter it ?

There were many lull hours in the company where I used to work. There are very few times when we get to do something so we were allowed to watch a movie and movies are provided for us. But it depends on the situation of course. If you think that you're officemate is not doing the right thing then tell him.

maybe it is a little hard that tell her not to watch the vedio ,but you are right that I am obliged to tell him as a officemate .thank you for your reply.
