My teachers told India has only summer, monsoon and winter seasons. But during the time before winter i find it very calm and serene.I can smell sweetness in the air.So is India's spring from august-october or is there no spring season?

hmm.. i guess yes it has. it's just my opinion. Since india was located near the equator line, it should've a spring season. May i know the reason why your teacher said that?

I wonder the same over here where I live as it turns 110 degrees then suddenly get freezing cold. So I often wonder what happens to spring warm weather, almost like as the years go by it no longer exists.

The spring season is supposed to be the period between end of the winter and beginning of summer. This period for India comes in the months of March and April. During which the dryness in the atmosphere which we experience during the winter season is replaced by little bit of humidity in the air. Some of the trees which loose their leaves during winter regain them during this period and weather being not too hot is pleasant during this period. We do experience this season in India. The transition period between summer and winter is called as autumn. But our rainy season which normally comes during summer gets so extended that we never come across autumn in some parts of India particularly coastal region.
