Zanpakuto Rebellion Filler Season

Hello myloters! I just started watching this particular season because i took a break from Bleach to let more episodes pile up. I hate waiting a whole week for 15-18 minutes of anime.
So my questions to you are : what did you think of this season? I just loved it because it brought something new and intriguing. Ever since the first season, when Ichigo started communicating with Zangetsu i kept wondering what the other zanpakuto would look like.My only regret is that they placed this season in the middle of the action as a break in order to let the manga make out more of the main storyline.
My second question is : which Zanpakuto in its materialized form did you like best?
I am NOT asking about shikai or bankai or zanpakuto in general, but their independent form and personalities.
I like Hyorinmaru best because he lookes awsome and i love his calm and collected behavior that resembles Hitugaya's. Also, Matsumoto's Hainenko is very funny and the cat look suited her perfectly.

Well, i like senbonzakura byakuyas zanpakuto personally i like byakuya alot than any other character out there, although his decisions are somewhat kind of strict and un emotional, i like that guy, in any situation he is calm and handles it perfectly and doesnt rely much on anyone, noone can out run his charcter of patience and even expressionless at times. i wonder what it would be like without senbonzakuras mask, a little bit looks like byakuya.

Hello Fireheart and thanks for joining us here :) I have to say I though senbonzakura looked exactly like byakuya under the mask too!! But I guess, just like the thing with Kakashi , we'll never get to see what's under the mask :((
I think his personality was very funny though and it fitted the image of young Byakuya perfectly!! I loved their choice!. I think they were trying to say something like : he may look calm and collected because he controlls himself, but the zanpakuto is the embodiment of that side of him he keeps hidden.
Speaking of calm and collected, don't you think Hyourinmaru looked an acted amazing
?? I think that in terms of looks he is one of the most handsome characters in Bleach and the ice star on his forehead was soooo cute!! A perfect tounch! :)
If i were to make a couple out of Bleach characters, I'd wanna see him with Sode no Shirayuki!!! They fit perfectly!

yea i agree Hyourinmaru and Sode no Shirayuki do make a cute couple, so far i have not seen any such scene in bleach with them together mostly i see Sode no shirayuki with rukia, and senbonzakura. never seen them together. so we can imagine how it would be.

Yeah well...as we know, Bleach is a shounen anime and it has nothing to do with romance. It would be a nice touch though, in the future that they set a few cute couples over there. They gave us a few hints on couples like yorucihi-urahara, matsumoto-ichimaru, renji liking rukia, etc. But it's clearly not enough :)
Wish they'll introduce a little romance amongst all the fighting. Would give them and even greater reason to fight for, if you ask me :D

Hello Xansus! Yeah, everyone is curious about his Zanpakuto and hope Kubo won't dissapoint us and he'll make some story for him too. Thing is Hisagi's zanpakuto fitted Zaraki perfectly in my eyes (his personality I mean) : insane, driven by bloodthurst, living only for the thrill of the fight.

frankly i dun like the filer and it simply kinda of waste the show time and drag it too long .

Well...they had to let Kubo get ahead with the manga, so they put in a whole filler season. What I don't understand is why they don't make seasons like any othr shows : 6 months the season, 6 months the break. Because frankly, broadcasting 10-15 episodes then a whole 30 episode filler kind of make you forget the story and ruin the show :( And it's a pitty because it started out wonderfully!

This filler arc really is quite something. I thought these episodes are really cool. I actually felt a bit sad when the filler ended. Just seing the Zanpakutos come to life is really a 'whoa' for me. Very, very cool.
My favorite was Hisagi's Kazeshini. Deadly and funny at the same time. Especially in the episode with him and the baby. Very funny. =)

In my opinion, my favorite zanpaktou form is Renji's Zabimaru. The Zanpakutou filler has Zabimaru as a she-gorilla attached to a kid snake with a chain.
Although Zabimaru's form changed form its introduction in the Soul Society arc (being a monkey with a snake for a tail), I like the new version becuase their current form allow them to more comedic and more devious (and a pain in the neck in Renji's case) with their 'adventures and escapades' with other zanpakutos (the most notable being Senbonzakura - it can interpreted as Zabimaru and Senbonzakura as rivals or in a like relationship of their respective wielders).
Anyways, for me Zabimaru is the good combination of strength and wit. Enjoy the filler.

Hello jeanneyvone! Thank you for giving us your opinion.I've always thought of Renji as a very fun character, so it was obvious his zanpakuto followed in his footsteps. I have to say though that, at first i though Ikaku's Zanpakuto was Zabimaru, because it looked like a big ape and i knew that Zabimaru was the great "baboo king". My bad for forgetting about the snake part :)
So yeah, Zabimaru was very cool, but since we're talking about funny, what din you think of Haineko? She was very sweet and funny and matched Matsumoto perfectly, don;t you think?
