hmm yeah, blogger site is the best one for beginner. they have many template that you can use it instantly. however there some feature which you cant achieve while you are using blogger site. another of suggestion is, try to use joomla, they afford you to make an easy blog with you personal site. you can host your site for free. there are several hosting provider which give a free service for you.
