That is a complete bummer. Bart Simpson would not accept such a denial of money, and I feel you should fight for it. As soon as you can, write the person a statement that will tell him how much you qualify for it, and be as formal as possible. So much work done for nothing is really depressing. It shouldn't happen like these, as MyLotters should be kinder to there fellow colleagues. Lets hope such instances don't become common on MyLot.
