You will have to link the Paypal account to your Indian bank account. In doing this, you will need to get a blank check from your bank. Do verify that its yours as others may get paid if its incorrect. After the check is available, you will need to input the code contained on the bottom portion of the check. Once you've submitted the check details for verification, paypal will deposit a couple of cents in the bank account that you will need to verify with Paypal when logging in again.
