Why are there always regrets in our lives???

I am just wondering why there are always regrets in our lives... This is so true for me... I regret lots of things in my life... How I wish I can turn back the time and start all over again... If I can, I will definitely change the way I do things and won't repeat the same mistakes again... Are you like me??? Do you have many regrets in your life as well??? Why is that so??? I think that everyone has regrets..some worse than others but the fact is that I think they are all meant as learning experiences. There is noone in the world that can say every choice has been the right one and that they wouldn't change at least one or two throughout the way. I think that the important thing is not to focus on the regrets but the things you have learned from them. Make them good things. Make them reasons to do better and excel.

I think regrets are there sort of to teach as a lesson. And to make the good things in life that we encounter, even better. The contrast of the negativity and positive moments would make us cherish the happy times even more.
Now the tricky part is to survive all these regrets. And to learn from them as you move forward in life.

I have so much of life regrets that is still haunting me now. Like you I wish I can turn back the clock and do all the right things. But we were not born with all the knowledge to live in this world of action. Should we be fully equiped with all the worldly knowledge, we should have planted the seeds of right action with responsibility and attention.
