is TreasureTrooper.com not working in singapore?

hi! recently, i joined this ptc site treasuretrooper.com. every time i open the cash surveys, it says that "the survey is not available in your region". when i go to cash clicks, its empty and even the cash offer also the same.
anyone here in mylot got an idea on this?
