Is Limewire trustworthy ??

Limewire has been shut down as of late due to copyright infringement, or in lay man's terms -- online music piracy. So a site that advocates piracy could not be trusted. Besides, the peer to peer sharing format is an open line for the transmission of viruses. Some files passed on are actually viruses, only in the guise of a music file.

Limewire is trustworthy but there are indeed alot of virus in that site. They are so many people uploading and downloading of things, so virus are inevitable. So long as one knows how to protect their PC or laptop with antivirus software, everything should be fine. ONce virus are detected, our antivirus will help to wipe them out, and so no worries.

yeah limewire is 100% trustworthy.. but make sure you have downloaded source file from original site as it may be virus if you download from rapidshare or other site..

I have not used limwire in so long, but I remember a few years ago before I had the protection I do now, that sure enough, each time I would download a file my pc got infected. I would suggest to be ware of the site, as so many members think it is funny to send out the virus.
