ptp sites without frame breaker

hi guys i want to know about ptp sites which donot contain frame breakers. please also mention other details such as min payout and cpm.
one more doubt, can i promote them in traffic exchange sites?

i know of only one which is in my profile and pays $3 per 1000 visits from us.
you will be paid only for quality traffic- visitors should stay at least 20 sec and should be unique.
other option is clicsia were you can promote it any where with out restriction, but most of the visits won't count.
