You could try odesk. It's a freelance jobs website and a lot of people are there. There's also lots of different jobs you can choose from. Though you have to download there monitoring setup so the client could monitor everything you do everytime you work for them. It's a good site though. I know a lot of people who earn from there and is doing great. Hope that helps. :)

Maybe you can check Freelancer.com? Employers post projects there and you can 'bid' for them, so to speak, stating how much you're charging and how long it'll take you to complete the project. They have a lot of different job categories and there's actually many projects about graphic design, so maybe you'll find something for you :) I hope that helps!
