Net Penny Stocks?

I recently came across Net Penny Stocks and I'm considering joining. I don't like giving out my address or phone number to sites, but I will if it's worth it. So the questions are:
Is Net Penny Stocks a good program?
Does Net Penny Stocks give your info out?

Before I forget, I will give so some tips before joining. First, Before joining, do not give your real name, address and phone number if you're not really 100% that the sites are scam or not (but most Investment sites are scammed). Second, Open a separate email account just for log-in purposes only. Anyway if the site you are joining are 100% scam-free, you can change your profile inside the member's area.
And lastly, do not pay if you have so many questions in your mind. Try to contact them if they're really answering you personally or through a machine. Once they get your payment, there is no guarantee that they will refund it to you once you are not satisfied. They are a "Fly-By-Night Sites"

Sorry to say but I was duped by this kind of website before. I lost $150.00 to a scammed Investment site before. It's long to elaborate further. But please be careful if you are really interested in joining.
