Recently,I have some confusing about the future.I am still a student. When I know that most of my classmates have a good job,I feel more unclear about my future. Just now,I have heard a inspiring speech. The speech was reported by a success person who is called Yuminhong, the founder of New Oriental. After hearing his inspiring speech,I am inspired and have some confidence in the future. I am always not sure what is my dream and what I want to do.I often complain myself, only study books. And do not see the future of myself. But in the speech,I learned some useful informations.I do not have some clear aim, only studying books and do not have my own ideas. Now,I am old enough to take my life alone. To me disappointment,I am like a child,do not have my own opinion and depend on parents in doing everything.Today,I recognize the problem clearly. Would you ever have the same experiences as me?Share your good opinions to me or give me some good advices or good ideas.

Speech are created to trigger a reaction or an emotion and a thought of awareness. It seems that the speech and its speaker has been very effective in you.:) I'm glad to hear that you were motivated and inspired. :) Well, more or less perhaps I'll feel the same ,too. There were moments in my life when I felt so low and I thought everything was hopeless, then by chance or miracle, I heard a speech of motivation over a radio. It was clearly spoken and it hit me hard that that very moment I felt I changed. :) Yes, analyze yourself and your strength. Then know what you want for yourself and what kind of life do you want to have. From there, take a step forward and start working on that want. Eventually, you will get what you want and as you grew older, things will even get more clearer to you. Goodluck, dear .:)

Every now and again we come across something that will strike a chord with us, being a speech, a book etc. You are still young and I recall at your age doing what my father had arranged for me which was a job in a bank that I hated. I continued with bank work for years because that was where I had experience and had no idea how to move somewhere else. I truly detested banking and I was unhappy for so long. For me it wasn’t until I was around forty years old and just had a baby that I became aware of how much I did not want to go back to the same old jobs and what my passions actually were. I followed my dreams from there and still have a long way to go but at least I know what it is I am meant to be doing. The funny thing is that my two passions in life being writing and animals had been that since childhood and I had just put them on the back burner while I did other things. My dream now is to open a boarding cattery and as far as the writing goes, I’m doing it right now! Give yourself some time and make the commitment not to do anything that doesn't make your heart sing!

One very big and inspiring speech for me, was when I heard a man talking about Columbus for Columbus Day (this day might become a thing of the past soon), and talking about what a horrible man Columbus was, and I wasn't disagreeing with him. I had heard some horrible things about him before, but this man debunking it all. He really took Columbus down. If his name wasn't tarnished already, it certainly was after he spoke. Do your research guys, Columbus was a monster.

It's good to make your studies and I think that the most important thing is to have confidence in yourself. Don't worry because you don't see a clear path for the future, this will happen soon or later. My daughter has finished her studies and she can't decide what to do next. I made my choice when I was in the high school, I knew exactly what I wanted to do in my life. I followed my wish but years later my life suddenly changed and I had to leave my profession. You have to know that you can cope with every situation and learn not to give up.

Well, I don't think that we do not have our own idea because we are contaminated by what we read, we read to learn, but we have our mind to know if we will accept that or not, we can read about a lot of jobs and do not choose one of then because what is written about it is good. I have listed a lot of inspiring speech, but I have read a lot of inspiring books too, I know that our future is been made by the choises we have today. I know that we are not too old to do anything, as the doctors says, "there are aways hope when there are life" thank you and have a nice day.

I've heard that a thousand times. People who do not have a dream or do not know how to dream or maybe too afraid to dream. I've always lectured them with the opening question, Where are you good at? If you know what you're capable of doing, there's no way one can stop you from being successful and having achievements using that. It is so important for you fulfill that dream. What interests you the most can always give high chances of putting you on top. Why? Because you would always want to improve, it will keep you going, motivated and determined.

All I can advise is follow your bliss.Find what you want to do and go for it. I don't see you as a child. And following your parent's views is ok.And there is nothing wrong with studying . How else will you find what you want to do? Hang in there, you will find what you want to do.

I do agree with you. All of us started like grasping in the dark until we can figure out our way. To be inspired by the experiences of others through listening to their speeches will help us a lot knowing that they too somehow started where we are now. Keep moving friend. And don't forget to place you life in the hands of Who created you. Knowing these will ease our minds in uncertainty of the future.
