I usually have a headache

I usually have a headache. Almost everyday I must drink coffee. If not, I'll have a headache. I also meet this problem after I have been shocked. Is it normally? Do you like me?

Drinking coffee is not bad but if drinking coffee is so excessive this might be bad? It maybe normal thing for you because your regularly drink coffee almost everyday. But for me not normal for having headache for not to drink coffee...

Yup! I don't say you leave but lessen it. Because coffee have some caffeine that really make us not good

I have a friend who gets a headache if she doesn't have caffine in her coffee in the morning. After the first cup, she drinks decaffinated or half caffine half decaff. I think it is some form of an addiction to caffine. I don't have that problem and always drink decaffinated coffee.

maybe you're lack of sleep or too stressed. i think when our brain doesn't rest well, it hurts. and too much coffee is not good for health. coffeine keep people excited. as you said, after you drink coffee, you won't have headache again. but drinking coffee to avoid the headache is not a good idea. it may make your health worth. maybe you can visit a doctor if you always have a headache. anyway coffee is not the way to cure disease. i usually have a headache in the morning. i know exacltly why. i'm badly lack of sleep. i go to bed around 12pm in night, but have to get up around 8pm. not enough sleeping time for me. acctually now i'm quite sleeply.

It's happy when you can know why you have a headache. I maybe must visit my doctor. I don't want to do it, but I feel very uncomfortable now.

Hello friend, i was the same way before. I was addicted to coffee and when i couldn't reach good count of coffee cups for the day, i always had headache. I have to say that's not really good addiction. In some norms coffee is good, but if you use too much, it's not healthy. I can tell you one way i nearly stopped coffee. I had no money to buy myself so around a week our apartment was empty of that annoying habit. That's when i understood that i can live without my daily coffees and i can control my drinking. Now i drink one or two cups for the day, because more will make me have headache and i when i got that in the evening, i feel awful.

I don't like you. I can't drink coffee, especially when it's morning. I know someone who can't working good if they don't have a coffee at the morning. So, I think your problem is normal. Don't worry about that dear!

I'm very worry because I have a headache everyday moreover I drink coffee or not. I don't know this is normally or I'm in a disease.

I would not say that is normal, but some of my friends do have the same kind of problem, frequently getting headaches. They have been trying different ways to guard from headaches. You might have heard about this too. One way which has helped many people is "yoga meditation". Practising meditation reduces the stress and sensitivity to stress. That very much helps guarding against headache.

I have a headache when i lack of sleep or a tiredness of the eyes caused by prolonged close work ,just like excessive reading.Have you been overworking them? Maybe You could try to change your lifestyle habits.
