What is your favorite Philippine Cuisine? Why? and Do you know how to cook it? My all time favorite is sinigang sa sampalok and adobo, it's so simple to cook and so delicious!!!!Don't you think so?

Sinigang sa sampalok is simply meat stew with tamarind added to it to make it sour, and Adobo are meat which are slowly cooked with soy sauce and vinegar, but I usually add a lot of red pepper and onion to make it spicy and more sumptuous...come to Philippines and try them^^

I love Kare-Kare, Sinaing/Pinangat na Tambakol or Tulingan, Bangus Relleno,Paksiw na Pata and Adobong Manok. I'm into veggies, therefore I love Chopsuey, Pinakbet, Diningding or Bulanglang. Yup! I can cook all of the food mention above. I do like experimenting in cooking. I want to be a chef but my height doesn't qualified the HRM course.lol
