a question about Operating System''..

hello guys'.. i had been googling some ideas about making a mini'O.S. because I am assigned to make one;'.. i dont know where to start;,, can any one help me??

Wow that is really a big task! Before you create a OS you must have a good and long experience in the field of programming. Example of this are Java, C# and others. And one thing is that making an OS is by team and needs a long time depending what the OS can do.
