Beware of Adobe Flash download pop up, it might contain virus

Last time, my desktop was infected with virus, and there is a constant pop - up from the Internet explorer of those spam ware. Although I have the AVG virus scan, and remove some of the files that were infected, I keep getting this error message when the system boots up. It was quite annoying. After many research on google, and ask other people who is savvy about virus. I can conclude that the virus was originate from this Adobe Flash update download request. All of sudden, it just pop up and ask people to download the updated version of Adobe Flash. So, be careful about it. Sometimes, without suspicion, I just click on the pop - up, and let it run itself.
