How to don't worry about some things...?

Hi. I don't know why i am so worried when i know i have a test tomorrow and i don't have time to learn. And others things like that. Or when i know i can have troubles from some things i am so worried and i can't focus at the school or when i learn. I want to do not worry anymore on things like that. Some of my friends aren't worry on any problem. Please tell me how to don't think on this problems or don't be worried anymore.

Hi! I have pieces of suggestions for your worries. 1. Pray so you won't worry much 2. Do not procrastinate. Read ahead of time and study ahead of time. 3. Exercise relaxation techniques like deep breathing. 4. Always be confident. Trust yourself. ;)

Being worried is not accepting what happens after. Accept the things to come. If you past or fail accept it. If you graduate or not accept it. One things for sure after accepting it and have the focus work hard you will achieve better result than expected.
