maybe you can try getpaidto.com www.cashlagoon.com Both are legit and of course no minimum payout ,they pay instantly via paypal.

However, you can't withdraw the money directly. But they always pay at the next day, regardless how much money you earned today. (I got payed even with 0.01$)
