Farting- Good or bad? Do u? If no, How and Y?

'Farting' Also called Passing gas from body. I know, if a fat guy who is sitting before you and farts, it will be real mess smell. Or i am not talking about people who fart in crowded bus or in a closed car or in a crowded elevator? It all about Good or bad. Do u fart? I know its like Urinating or cough which is a bit to control, But if fart happen release for u in crowded places like Elevator, Will u control it or leave it? Do u think Farting is good or Bad for any kind of healthy person? If u dont fart at all, Then pls tell me how and/or why?
