Hello everyone. I just want to ask something about paypal. I don't have any transactions at all using paypal like shop online. I just have an account in paypal because of earning sites like PTC and PTP. I haven't verified my paypal account yet. I want to accumulate it before I verified and withdraw the funds. I tried to purchase one PTP premium membership and got an error because of my unverified paypal account. And that's why I've got, "Limited Access Account" (sorry for the long story. Lol). Now my question is can I receive payment from PTC and PTP even if I got that notification from paypal?

Hi uyab, It will be better if you can verify your paypal with a debit/credit card. There was not any problem for getting/withdrawing money from paypal with an unverified account. Now paypal is getting strict and they demands the verification process and need PAN card details too. (these are I heard recently from mylot only). So my suggestion is to get verify your account for the smooth transactions in Paypal.

Thanks for the response :) Do you have any idea if I can receive my payment even if I got this situation? I mean I have a pending request cash out last week and now I check the site and it stated that my request was completed but I couldn't see it on my paypal.Do I need to verified my paypal account before I receive my payment? I was just curious because before I can receive all the payments even if am unverified.

Uyab, I have an unverified account too with paypal and I am getting money there from my neobux. It means you can receive money in paypal even if it is unverified one. I am not sure about if there is any recent development taken place.

Uyab, I had the same exact problem and was able to resolve it. All you have to do is call the 1800 number for paypal and talk with a member service representative. You will have to answer a few questions about your identity and claim that you've made the payments created on your account. The call lasted about 1 to 3 minutes for me and was really simple. If you choose to reactivate by debiting your bank account or credit card, it will take you more than 4 days to reactivate.

What is 1800? I mean is it toll free? Lol. Do you have a verified paypal account? Am just wondering why you got limited? Just like the #2 response. Are you the same situation? Have a verified paypal account but still got limited access?

i think it is better for you to verify your paypal account even though you don't want to withdraw your funds yet... there is no harm in verifying your account anyway as i can guarantee you that paypal is quite safe to use based on my experience... like you say, if you don't verify your account, you will have limitations in using it... take care and have a nice day...

My Paypal account is also limited. But I have verified paypal account. To open a paypal account is limited, I have to send some documents. There are some documents that I have to send, but limited accounts are still not yet lost. I keep trying to contact paypal, paypal account, is not limited. When paypal account is limited, I can accept payment into my Paypal. But I can not take my money.

Oh, we have different situation but I don't have any idea why you got limited access to think that you have a verified paypal account. Why is that happening?
