Suggest a good brand for home audio?

Hi all, i want buy a Home audio system possibly a Hi-Fi Home audio system for my home to be installed in my kitchen. Since i am going to install it in a hot and oily room condition which brand of home Audio system will suit my requirement? Many it should withstand heat, moisture and Oily conditions. Other basic Spec should include - DVD and CD fuctions, USB Compatible jack, MMC and Micro SD Jacks, tuner, DivX Playback, Addable speakers and surround. Also the service should good for that brand. Please suggest a best brand..
