what's the sponsors mean in mylot?

Hi,everybody! I'm a fresh man in mylot,though I've been here for a long time, but the number of my comment is just 50 until yesterday,when this happened, there is some change in my mylot, I find I can't continue to write my response to the myloters' discussions. Bfore it would display "respond the topic" or "respond this discussion" at the right-down coner of every discussion paragraph, but now it display the "sponsors" ,my english is not very well, and I don't know what's this word mean, I hear that when your comment amount reach 100, then the administrators would give you a evaluation,so I wonder what happened to me ,what's the "sponsors" mean,who can tell me ? thank you.
