Slow Internet Connection

I have a slow internet connection. Can you make a solution for this. And which should I prefer these Internet system like ZOOM, GrameenPhone, Wimax, Bangla-lion. I couldn't choose any one of them cause I don't which one is the best and which one is better for me.

grameen phone and bangla lion wimax.......i use gp BL aktel zoom but i preferred bangla lion and gp best
