A crossroad moment may come in various ways-like a first job,a marriage,a health crisis or loss of loved one. it can happen at any age.At such moments, we encounter several options from which we decide to select the best one? The problem is that we have no or less idea about the expected consequences of each options. How do you face such situations? Can you give some of your personal experiences?

When are son was 9 years old. he was having terrible head aches. In the end he was put on full life surport. Due a cancerous brain tumor. We had the choice of pulling the plug and watching him die. Or taking a 3% chance that he would survive. As a mother I was heart broken and didnt know were to turn for answers. I tuned to God. We took that 3% chance. he went threw 18 hours of brain surgery. 8 weeks or radiation and over two years of chemo. Each day was a challange for us and are son. It has been over ten years now. and he is a surviver. but there isnt a day that goes by that I do not think about it. about the choices we had to make along the way. what if they would have been differnt ones? would the out come be the same. I know it wouldnt have been if we had chose to pull the plug. Children should out live there parents. And as parents we have to make some very hard dessions for are children.

Always with meditation, getting to that place before thinking begins. Its actually not so hard. One can exercise or do artwork when that happens you break the cycle of worried thinking. Breaking the cycle of worried thinking means you have a clear or at least clearer mind to deal with your situation.

At such a time I lock myself in a room and cry out my heart.
