Here is what I see, if a business owner, or a manager doesn't treat his/her employee right, the employee might not have the heart, or the mood to treat the customers right. They might neglect the customer needs, or lack of enthusiasm to help the customers, because their boss doesn't treat them right. If you, as a manager, who romance your employees, they will do the same thing to your customers. They might have more enthusiasm to help them or cater whatever they need. In return, you might get more businesses. Don't you agree?

the best way to successful business is treating your employees right. If you treat your workers nicely, then they too will work nicely, the more you can get many customers. Their hard work should be compensated with how you treat them, paying them with what they need.

Well, it is a simple logic don't you think? If your employees have less stress, they will work better, and less cranky with the customers. In return, you will get more customers who will be satisfied with the customer services the employees provide. Why not, why treat them badly because you are the superior and you think you are better than anyone?

i agree, the best business comes with the best owner and employee. if business owners treat their employee as their family then more money comes in to their business. good treatment and good compensation is one of the secret why employee worked the equivalent or more of what they are earning. if you give your employee $1 then they will worked for the equivalent of one dollar, but if you give them the minimum wage in your area plus incentives then they will work more than that.

That is so true. Employers must treat their employees right. A simple compliment will do for an employee's extra effort. Some people just quit as soon as things get tough at work. But employees must do their best always, even in the minor details, and should take responsibility for their works -- let your boss know he can trust you.

Yes, I definitely think it helps to treat your employees well, for a number of reasons, even, and this is just one of them.
