My girlfriend and have read a pdf file about happiness. We enjoyed reading the pdf file and this is when we have recognized the author to be Andrew Matthews. Until one time, when we went to a bookstore. It happens that they were selling another book of Andrew Matthews titled Being Happy. Based from the previous book that we have read, we believed that the book would be another interesting one. Then we have planned to buy it at some other time. To my surprise, she already bought it while she was waiting for me from my work and she gave it to me as present. Well, from the gift itself, I was already happy enough and felt really excited to read the book. We are reading the book together and we were still at the very first topic which is about patterns. The doesn't actually make you happy but rather it helps you realize how to be happy in your everyday life. As I read the book, I came to realize that I was actually doing things that prevents me from being happy at times. Having to realized those, I am now doing my best to avoid those habits of mine and it really changes the way I live in a more positive way even if its only little by little. To think that we have only read the first topic and it already improves our lifestyle, I'm sure that we will love this book all the way to its last page as we read it. -)

It's easy to be happy in life. All we have to do is to be content and think positively. We might feel unhappy, frustrated and sad at times, but that's only temporarily. We have to instil the right mindset in us, to be always happy. Think of things and happenings around us in a different angle. In that way, we will be much happier, while at the same time, we cherish things more, and we learn more too.

lucky you have a girlfriend like her. she really loves you! lol. i only got a chance of reading this book every sunday with my loving boyfriend. i gave this book to him on our 25th monthsary, since ive seen in his eyes the eager of having the book with him. so i save a little penny just for him, and bought him one of Andrew Matthews best selling book. about the topic, yes, i already read one of the with this book. its about Patterns and how you will change your repeatedly and unconsiously done pattern. with reading the book, i change a bit. i discipline myself of not drinking much softdrinks and eating lot cups of rice. i want to lessen my fatty tummy. LOL. well, change is really good if its for the best. thanks for sharing me your book. ;)

Some of these books are very inspirational, I personally like reading such books because they are very helpful! Besides such books, I also like those that make you think, for example there this is one by Napoleon Hill.. Think and grow Rich-it makes you see the world from an entirely different angle! The problem is, many people dont have a reading culture and so they miss out on such inspirations!

hello aeisle! i would love to get hold of that kind of book and read it myself, lol! i love reading books like that. Books which inspires me and make me strive hard to do better for myself, my family and for all my fellowmen. I may not be able to do all the things indicated in the book but at least, there would be some changes at least, for the better. Hope there would be still copies of that book for sale, i do would love to have a copy of that. we don't have a decent bookstore here in our place and i would still have to travel miles to get to one, that's why. anyway, thanks for sharing and happy reading!
