Mmmmm. Never eat fries and sodas from fastfood restaurants. Don't make, or minimize in between meals. Lessen your intake of transfat, so check the labels first before buying foods. I have read that 1 gram of transfat can do a lot of harm for your body, so minimize or avoid it. Taking of meals should be 4-5 hours after your previous meal, it is the usual time for the insulin in our body be removed in our bloodstream because of our meal. Wait 3-4 hours before sleeping after you have eaten a meal, for proper digestion. Eat alot of foods rich in fiber, it helps digestion and vowel movement. For me, I used to eat 1 to 2 apples for my breakfast everyday and when I get hungry before lunch, I satisfy it with drinking lots of water. I make my lunch heavy, and eat less (sometimes I won't eat at all) in the evening. --- would really make your stomach slim/thin. Some people say that it's best to take your dinner from 5pm to 6pm. And not eat anything anymore after 6.

Hey your tips remind of that eating junk food, extra colas and other outside foods are the major cause of increase in calories. This can cause fat. However, I think, smoking also contributes to this thing, because if you smoke then besides carelessness you're infecting your body.

The best way is to watch what we are eating. Don't eat food that are too oily, deep fried stuffs, things that are too sweet and salty. The same goes for vegetables. If one is a vegetarian, it does not mean they are healthy because of the way those vegetables are cooked. OF course, exercise is just as important to keep our heart healthy and pumping. Sleep is equally important too because it helps to replenish our energy for the day.

Based on my experiences in trying to reduce my weight, there is no magic that can keep our weight off permanently. It is only through strong will and discipline in food intake and regular exercise that shows good result.

In order to lose weight, you simply need to burn more calories than what you consume, I believe there is really no short cut when it comes to that. But if you do not have a lot of time to work out, you can also try eating a low carb diet, that always works for me when I want to lose a bit of weight.

Hello friend, yes it is a very serious problem lately. I would give that advice - if someone wants to loose weight, just to try separated eating. I'm not sure this is how people call it english, but i'll explain now. Separated eating is when you don't mix different groups of food, like milk and meat, potatoes and milk, rice and meat. There are many books written about that and i have tried it by myself. I can say that it works, because i never felt hunger and i still lost around 5-6 kilograms for a month. This kind of eating is really useful because of one reason, if you combine the right foods, they will help each other to be absorbed really fast and in good way without calories going on your stomach, legs or other places of your body. Vegetables help the meat to be easy observed, vegetables help the milk to be easy observed and so on.

Well, drink plenty of water, eat slowly, eat grains, vegetables and fruits, if you eat bread and rice, make it wholegrain, it's the best cos it still has nutritional value, unlike refined products, stay away from those! Exercise if you can want, at least walk some. Hmm no junk food of course, no fast food, and those are my ideas!
