How can I find high PR blogs in my niche for commenting?

Can anyone tell me how to find blogs in my niche with a high Page Rank? I feel like i'm wasting alot of time commenting on fairly new blogs with very few visitors. I would like to increase my site's traffic . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
