Dazed and confused.

What do you do when you run across stress and depression at the same time? DO you cry? Do you scream? Do you harm yourself? How do you alleviate stress?

I think this is something that is unique for each person. For me, I tend to retreat. I'll hide out in my bedroom with my laptop or a good book, a cup of tea, and my dogs. After some alone time, I usually feel a bit better and can look at things from a more clear perspective.
