Year 2004, I've met a friend online through chat, and ever since then when we catch each other online we talked of different topics, our lives, we even give advices to problems we encountered. She's at Hawaii and Im here in the Philippines, but her family llives here that's why when she's on vacation she always asked me to meet but due to different schedules we still haven't seen each other till now....well maybe next year...:-) How about you my lotters do you able to have an online friend? How do you find her to be your friend?

I have many online friends. They are come from singapore, malaysia, korea, australia. I just ever met the online friends from singapore. If the online friends from malaysia, korea and australia, i just ever see them through webcam. This friendship is happened long ago. around 5 years( malaysia and singapore). We still keep in touch, because we have another activities. And for the online friends from australia and korea, this friendship almost reach 1 year. =D
I find the online friends from friendster, facebook, and the yahoo chat. But in yahoo chat, sometimes u will meet not kind people..

I've met a handful of nice people online that I talk to. I have never met any of them in person though. I'm more shy in person then I am on the computer. I have thought it might be cool to meet them someday though. Maybe I will eventually.

There's nothing wrong with making friends online, so long as you don't give personal info out in the first 2 minutes that you meet them. it's kind of interesting, chatting with people from all over the world. It's amazing the cultural differences between us all and how much we have to learn about other people and other cultures and regions. Maybe if you get close enough.. you can visit her one day. Hawaii seems GORGEOUS!

I think you should find gap in your schedule and meet her. It is a nice thing to have friends online even you do not know him or her personally. But just be careful not to reveal everything about yourself. Just be careful as the world is full of scam nowadays.

I use a chat program called IMVU, very interesting and it has a lot of people to meet. I personally have made quite a few friends on their, and most of them for some reason are girls. All I do is chat and talk with them, and at the end of the day I end up gaining a new friend
