Need suggestions for eye makeup remover

i Have been using Olay Eyemake up remover, but now they have discontinued it. I don't want an oil based on and I want an affordable one...any suggestions?

I am using Clinique take the day off make up remover and it is so effective. I can even remove my mascara and eyeliner instantly. I am not sure if it is oil base or not but it is really effective.Maybe you can go to Macy's and ask for a sample.
