Carbona: Easy yet tastyway to prepare

I saw a discussion about carbona. I already prepare carbona yet the sauce turns into color pink. I don't know what is wrong. Please help me to perfect my carbona. Your expertise really helps me a lot

I have made it and mine did not turn pink but if ujse a recipe that' uses tomato sauce in it your sauce will turn pink.And not a pretty pink byt a yucky pink. so leave out any tomatoes.the other ingredients do not turn pink.Also adding tomaotes to this dish would curdle the sauce too.

Hm, I have never had it turn pink, I do not understand how that can happen. What do you put in it? I use bacon, cream, some onion and sometimes peppers because I really like them. And of course some salt and pepper. And mine never turns pink!
