Have you ever denied a friend on myLot?

I have, and only because I felt their discussions were mainly about other online work sites that I know our scams.
I believe that everyone should check out the person's profile/discussions/interests before approving or adding them.
So, have you ever denied them, or took them off your list for any particular reason?

I check out their profile first, just to see what they are basically about, but I have not denied anyone yet. Everyone deserves a chance.

No never you can never have enough friends but if they spam me I can always delete them later I like getting messages from frieds!

Yes. I have denied friend for various reasons. The main reason is because I didn't like the discussions they were starting. They seemed to waste peoples times and I did not want to be associated with them.

i have 5 friends in total including u.
i had sent a request only to u amongst them and the rest invited me.
so till now i haven't denied ne one.
u may check ur inbox i had sent a message also.

I have denied many..mostly beause I didn't have a clue who they were. Newbies with 0 points mostly who will ask anyone to be their friend.. The people on my friends list are people who I have built up a repoire. The people on your friends list should be just that... friends.. not strangers who you have never conversed with This is not a popularity contest to see who can get the most friends.

oh ya sure...a bunch of them...and once in a while I go through and delete more...I said a lil more when I asked the same question 4 days ago...lol

Yes I have. I also started delteing some people, everyone on my friends list I try and answer at least 10 of there discussions and those that have not even answered 2 of mine after a few weeks got deleted. I believe I help you you help me

I totally agree with the point about we should check the person's profile etc to get to know more about the person who send you a friend request.
I have just started and I only have under 10 friends so far.
I love to get to know more people at mylot :)

I took a person off my friend list because the first thing did was ask for my phone number! I have since been very sceptical of new members that send friend requests within hours of joining when they haven't even bothered to post yet.
